A recent study has shown that people who drinks have a better life expectancy then those who never sip a drip, according to Business Insider.
The research was conducted by Psychologist Charles Holahan from Texas University, USA. Result has pointed out that people with the highest longevity are people who drink frequently. Surprisingly people who never drink stay on the bottom of the list. The research targets at multiple applicants from 55 to 65 years old from different backgrounds, with different occupations and takes 20 years to finish. Study also includes consequences of alcoholics such as liver cancer, cirrhosis, accidents caused by alcohol, etc. Yet it doesn’t effect much the final result of the study.
According to Business Insider, wines & spirits are perfect ‘social catalysts’ which brings better interactions among human. On the other hand, people who never drinks are more likely to have social disorder and fall into depression. Regular & conscious consumption of alcohol, therefore brings more good than harm.
